It was a good day

Hey everybody! Tiffology here. Hope you all had a happy and blessed day yesterday... whether or not you spent yours with family or alone, and whether or not you celebrate the holiday. I celebrated my Thanksgiving in October, because all of my family comes to visit for about a week (some flying from California, Wyoming, and Virginia), so we choose one of those days to do our (2nd annual) "Fakesgiving". It was the best. However, my grandma still wanted to do it all over again this time... so yesterday also involved tons of delicious food, some close family, fun, and... so much wine. Stories were told, new memories were created, laughter was shared, and everything was wonderful. Nooooow, onto talk about the OgT crew!

POETIC DEATH: For those of you that have ordered merch from him recently, your packages are now on their way (those of you who are in this batch will also be receiving a free CD for the wait). He's been posting photos of all the packages he's mailing out today, so be on the look out. With so much to mail out, the post office provided him with a cart. Poe followed that with words of thanks: "Here at the post office, had so many boxes and envelopes that they had to give me a cart. It means the world to me everyone, honestly. It's not just my music you are spreading, it's an ideal and lifestyle that so many are unaware of. Thank you all very much, and I will try my best to get better with the timing of these orders. Peace and bless up!" If you haven't yet picked up some Von Poe gear, stroll on over to his official website or to his Bandcamp page and pick your poison!

VIDA KILLZ: If you don't already follow this woman on her Facebook fan page, you should go do that. Aside from important music updates and that kind of thing, Vida seems to be a kind-hearted, good-spirited, loving person who is willing to open her heart and be vulnerable to share personal stories from her life. You'll learn a lot about her through her music already, but also behind the scenes, stories, and actions (example: mailing out holiday cards to anyone who wants them). I like that she tries to throw in a positive perspective about a lot of things, too--this morning, she woke up with a sore throat and fever, but is happy to be surrounded by love.

As Thanksgiving was nearing, Vida also wrote a heartfelt status about the sorrow she felt with her grandma not being there to celebrate the holidays, and that it was the same time of year when they heard of her condition and prognosis. She divulged a touching, heart-melting story behind some lyrics ("Miss your tender love // Your words that always knew // And your sweet, sweet heart // I'll listen to this clock to remember how it // Tic tic tok'd // I'll listen to this watch to remember how it tic tic tok'd") on her "Queen of Hearts" track.
I remember sitting at my Grandmother's dinner table in pure silence with her when suddenly I heard a very loud tick. I looked around for a clock and found none near by that I could imagine being loud enough. I asked her what that noise was. Her reply, "My heart." She went on to tell me that she had an artificial value that regulated the blood pulsating through her beautiful heart. After that, I used to hug her just to hear it. And after she passed away, I heard the tick again. It was my lover's watch. That wee little watch seemed to soothe my soul when nothing else could and still does.

I know some of you will be with family, be reflecting on loved ones lost, or be receiving news of loved ones soon to arrive or even depart. For the cycles of life are always abundant. No matter where you are on this spectrum or what you may be thinking on, I just want to express a huge hug to your spirit and wish you all a beautiful Holiday Season.

SOULCAT E-PHIFE: On her Tumblr page, she lets everyone know that she's been creating some beats for a special collaboration. Though she'll tell us more in the near future, we're left with this tid-bit of information: "It's straight female power from the Dominican Republic, and even while I'm surrounded by latin salsa and merengue, I'm still true to hip hop and the street soul." Listen to small sample of one of the beats that she brewed up in yesterday's session. "Choppin’ up some piano samples I found, messin’ with it till it sounded smooth, then gettin’ the slap bass on to make it roll. I mixed in some cuts in as well. We gonna turn this into a butter smooth song, that’s a promise." Stay tuned for more information!

BONNIE BLUE: Before I get into the larger part of this Bonnie update, go ahead and stream a rough mix of a song called "Cry Me A River" that she posted up on Soundcloud a few days ago. Now that you've done that... let me tell you about something awesome. Bonnie Blue is now a co-host on Crappy Awesome! So, of course, she is on their latest episode where she sits with (Mr)Arash and C-Rey of CA to welcome her to the podcast, joke with her about being a newbie, and hold intelligent conversations about a lot of random things. This is where the hosts form a roundtable to share adventures, get to know each other, and laugh a lot. Bonnie talks about how she thinks she became a host for the site; she shares her thoughts on religion; they express the desire to know the scientific explanation behind inspiration and creativity; voting and ideas of change comes up; types of relationships and relationship statuses; and much more. Find it on the website!

GAVLYN: Brand new interview with Gavlyn was released! She was at the New Era Store in London for an exclusive interview with Shay D of UKHH. Gav speaks about what Organized Threat represents, how she got started with rapping, the Los Angeles hip hop scene, her dream to work with the Gorillaz, her love for the Spice Girls (I was a huuuuuge Spice Girls fan back in my younger days), how she's grown as an artist, and much more. WATCH THAT NOW!

DEVOUR: Devour recently celebrated passing 400,000 views on his "Troubles" music video. Watch that video! Devour said on Facebook, "400K AND STILL RUNNING!!! S/O ALL MY PEOPLE HOLDING YA BOY DOWN!! AND A BIG SHOUT OUT TO ALL MY "REAL" DEVOUR UP HEADS!!! HAPPY TURKEY DAY YALL HAVE A GOOD ONE!"

FEGGY MIN: Feggy has been sharing some more shots from her photo session with Andres Herren. With this photo, she said: "About to kill the scene! Comin' from a small ass country, where people only know about our mountains & cheese, we will make our name & art heard all over the globe! A movement filled with ambition and passion to always take it to the next level! [9889] soon you will know..." Then there was this dope posse shot, which included OgT member Sara Fleur. Tell me you don't want something from her new collection! It's all lookin' really cool--although, did we expect any different? Nope! Are you ready for the new FeggyMin9889 takeover?!

That's about it for today. Have a great weekend!
Love and positivity, Tiffology of CrayonBeats

All This Pressure Leads to Diamonds

Hello OGT Fans and Fanatics, Friends and Foes!

This morning we were blessed with some fresh sound motivated by a collaborative effort between PAPAJ RUIZ and BONNIE BLUE. Produced by JOOGY JUG, 'Good Luck' features a critical and ferocious Bonnie, critical of the reality we live in and even more critical of thoughts postulated by this reality. Frustration with this reality and figuring out how to turn the gears properly is something all of us deal with, whether it be figuring out what the hell love means or escaping the vicious cycle of capitalistic oppression. In the words of BONNNIE "Aren't we all just some walking contradictions/looking outward for conviction" :40. We come face to face with contradictions on a daily basis, whether it be temptation to contradict our own values or the observance of another contradicting theirs. The higher education system in and of itself is a prime example of perpetual contradiction; no one should have to pay for the transferring of knowledge. Regardless of the source of the contradiction, the frustrations produced weigh antagonistically on the parched soul. BONNIE confidently illustrates the voice influenced by that weight "Dead inside my soul is sleepin/see me screamin for a reason" :57 While BONNIE speaks of contradictions, we find PAPAJ RUIZ speaking of frauds but in the most efficient way. "You operate as a man walking with God/homie you just a frog/couldn't bear your foot inside my shoes/one up/now you down to lose" 2:26 We are surrounded by those who feel they don't belong because they insist on trying to be something they're not; those who attempt to swim with wings so to speak. Truth may be increasingly hard to find, but that quest gets easier with genuinity. Oh wait, what? You have no idea what I'm talking about? Well shit, fellas and fellettes, listen to this beautiful shit below and interpret as you will.
Last night I also had the pleasure of attending The BSIDE SHOW featuring GAV, the general himself VON POE VII, and other special guests. My favorite part of last nights show was definitely when GAV told the audience that Mickey Mouse could get the P. I mean, who wouldn't let Mickey Mouse get at least a little in? I guess if you've ever seen that South Park episode you might think twice, but cartoons deserve love too shiiit. Anyways, if you haven't peeped this shit yet, grab yourself a draft beer, foreign or domestic [Stone IPA is my new favorite] and enjoy the show!
Another fantastic fucking update! VON POE VII has finally announced that Castlevania Pt. 2 will be a part of his up and coming project ONLY GOZ RELATE, which was spoon fed to you nymphs and nymphettes earlier this week by FiascoTheGod. Peep the little tweet below for intricate details.
Lastly, but surely not leastly, DEVOUR recently announced another meet and greet along with a free poster and t shirt give away! I hear the first 25 people get some free shit with any purchase. Follow the little link below and support ya OGT fam!

ONLY GODZ RELATE

It's FiascoTheGod and I am here to supply you with the latest news from the Organized Threat camp. It was a very active weekend for the camp so lets get started.

The Organized Threat general, Poetic Death, aims to set the bar high for his camp in 2014 by releasing his full length LP "ONLY GODZ RELATE" on January 1st. This LP contains 30 new and previously released tracks. Planet Asia, Killah Priest, Papa J., and Razor, just to name a few of the many godly features on this LP, will be present as well as production from your favorite Organized Threat producers. You can view the digital flyer that Von Poe VII posted on Twitter by clicking here. Via his Facebook, Poetic Death gives us the latest update on the album, by stating that there might be 2 more features on it and he also lets everyone know what will not be on the album. That status can be viewed by clicking here. If there will be more features, will the number of tracks on the LP be boosted up to 31, maybe 32, or will there be tracks that will not  make the cut, to keep it at a solid 30 tracks? Whatever he decides to do, "ONLY GODZ RELATE" will lead Organized Threat on the right path for 2014. If the other members of the camp are motivated to go above and beyond his LP, we could very well witness a year filled of friendly competition that will give birth to the greatest tracks we have ever heard within the movement and in music.

On a quick note, there are only 8 custom made "Villain Masks" left. There was 9 but some loser that goes by the name FiascoTheGod bought one. Like, what kind of name is FiascoTheGod? Also, the "VONPOEVII" snapbacks and beanies are still on sale. You can purchase the mask, head wear, and the pre-order of "ONLY GODZ RELATE" by clicking here.

THA F.O.R.M.U.L.A. was in a good mood yesterday and as a result we received a leak entitled "The Belonging". The title elicits the thought of where one might belong in this world. Are you going to be the one searching for help or the one receiving it? Maybe there is a balance where one might find themselves on both ends of the extremes at different times in their lives. This instrumental features a smooth sound with a sample that desperately cries out for help. A beautiful beat that I have easily adopted as one of my favorites from THA F.O.R.M.U.L.A.

Faces and JG collaborate in their latest effort entitled "The Post OP (November EP)". We were recently introduced to JG's MC skills on Chateau Des Dieux's  "XXIV" and now we receive more of his lyrical ability. It is possible that JG may soon be recognized as the first producer/MC in the Organized Threat camp. This EP holds within its grasp, 5 quality tracks that can be in your possession by clicking here.

Before you drink that 5 hour energy to get you through the rest of your day, think again. Papa J. supplies you with natural energy in his latest track "Gram & 1/2" which is produced by Chin Chiller. "Deep blue abyss when I spit / Like I had me a pair of fucking gills". Wooo. #Bars4Days. Papa J. continues his strong promotion and high anticipation for his "5:55 AM" mixtape which will be released on December 23rd.

The Literary Addict, Rics Rumbles spits a freestyle to Method Man's "Bring The Pain". Rics Rumble displays an evolved and advanced delivery as he does justice to this instrumental and justifies why he went from the "smallest fish to the biggest threat". Click here to listen to his 48 bars in this freestyle.

Gavlyn recently appeared on the "Crappy Awesome Podcast". This conversation covers an array of topics from the importance of an independent artist traveling overseas to who she contributes to her current success. Also, listen to hear what fans did on her birthday to bring tears to her eyes and in case you need to brush up on your psychology, they discuss what type of guys might be attracted to Gavlyn. The podcast can be viewed on the homepage of CrappyAwesome.com.

Random Organized Threat Tweet: Today's random Organized Threat tweet goes to EmptySev. Do you think you live life on the edge? Are you contemplating a life change of going to video game nerd to jumping out of airplanes? Take notes from someone who really does. EmptySev goes to a dog park with his Pitbull. And guess what, he doesn't put a leash on his Pitbull! That's living life on the edge people. Get with the movement. EmptySev tweets, "Showing up to a dogpark with a pitbull w/o a leash.. lmao".

In case you were without internet the entire weekend, were stuck working overtime, or were to busy plotting ways for Gavlyn to become your girlfriend, consider me, FiascoTheGod, your savior.

What's up people! Happy Friday and all that hot shit, it's me Tiffny and I'm here to catch  you guys up with some updates on your OGT faves.

If you haven't heard already, DEVOUR, is currently recuperating from a car accident he was involved in during the week. While news of his accident was horrible, on a positive note he is doing well so thank fuck for that, right? This news of recovery and proof of his tenacious spirit traveled straight from the man himself, letting his fans and followers know that he's doing well with a shout out and pic via Twitter, as reported by Aster in the Wednesday roundup. Judging from his tweets, he's on the way to making a full recovery, so we're going to keep him in our thoughts, yeah!? Yeah!

Now in Fashion, Tiffology already put you guys onto the preview of Feggy Min's upcoming line 9889. The bold yet classic line was featured in a teaser photo shoot with Andres Herren Photography and posted on her Facebook page for all to admire. Personally I think the line is beyond dope because c'mon, who doesn't love that classic varsity look? No matter what your personal fashion style is, you'll be able to make a statement in this gear.

What's new with SoulCat E-Phife? Well she recently launched her official tumblr back in October so you guys should head over and follow her. The blog will be another outlet for the creative soul with photos, videos, music and whatever else interests her in addition to her youtube, facebook and soundcloud pages.

At the  moment, it seems like everything has been covered for this week, including Razor's new video "On My Own," the official ORGANIZED THREAT Silencer T crewneck launch, Vida Killz' new video and Feggy Min's new vlog and clothing line preview.

So to avoid beating a dead horse, I'm gonna urge you guys to check out those links, follow the artists on their media sites, and bookmark OGT Weekly so you can keep up on all things Organized Threat.

Have a great weekend! Love, Peace, and SOOOOOUUULLL Train!

Fate

Hello OGT Friends and Fanatics, Friends and Foes

One of the most important aspects about being part of a family, or having love for anyone in general for that matter, is about being able to be there in times of need. More specifically, its about not just being there, but making an effort to be there for the beloved as they go through dire straits. Long lasting friendships [FOR THE MOST PART] don't thrive on how many bitches twerk in your face at night, nor on the amount of money you have sitting in that stupid bank you hate who always charges you those damn overdraft fees. Long lasting friendships thrive on genuinity, determination, and of course a ridiculously insurmountable amount of love and care. The ferocity of love and care developed through long lasting friendship not only helps us learn more about ourselves, but love is benevolent power. And I'm not talking only power in the metaphorical sense fellas and fellettes, but a power that can be felt. Never heard of such a thing? Well I recommend you pay close attention to the relationship between DEVOUR and VON POE VII, because the love they share as brothers exemplifies the paradigm I speak of. If you haven't already heard, DEVOUR is recovering from a car accident that scared the shit out of the family. So keep DEVOUR in your thoughts ya'll, to motivate a speedy recovery.
Some fantastic fucking news! THE F.O.R.M.U.L.A has been featured in OGM Magazine, so follow the link below to view his feature and support ya OGT fam!
Miss GAV is also prowling her way around London as you read, and I hear she will be having a show at the New Era London Flagship. So if any of you nymphs or nymphets are in the area, support your OGT artist and attend this shit. Follow the little tweet below for intricate details.
Peep this shit little ones, VIDA KILLZ just dropped some new visuals today for her song 'Slowing Down'. So if you haven't seen it, well then my badass-ness strikes yet again! For I have provided it below. Enjoy the visuals, and vibe out to the poetry.

Any player for the Miami Heat, will be out of action for the remainder of the season. Any player for the Boston Red Sox, will be out of action for the entire next season. Either scenarios caused by a tragic accident. You're a fan of either one of these teams. How do you feel that they will not have one of their players for an entire season? If it's Dwyane Wade, you will most likely be devastated. James Jones, you don't really care. For the Red Sox, if it's David Ortiz, again, you are devastated. John McDonald, again, you don't really care. Let's now switch to music. Devour of Organized Threat gets into a tragic accident. The difference here is, every part of Organized Threat is important. There is no Dwyane Wade of the camp nor is there a David Ortiz of the camp. Everyone has their unique styles and their own goals. Comparing sports to music may be a little misleading here. Sports will never be able to elicit the many different feelings that music can, and hopefully a player not be able to play for a season, doesn't devastate you. Sports, in my opinion, should not be taken that seriously. Putting Devour into a hypothetical situation of being in a tragic accident, unfortunately, is not hypothetical at all. Gazing upon a Facebook status and some tweets from Poetic Death, Devour was involved in an accident. Poe tweeted, "Keep on recovering my nigga @DevourUpp.". Click here for the latest update on Devour, from a Facebook update from Poetic Death. I hope for Devour to make a quick recovery.

Maybe the shocking news about Devour, and paying respect, is the reason behind a not so active weekend from the Organized Threat camp. It's possible that, releasing news or music this weekend was not part of their organized plan. I still have an announcement from Vida Killz and a random tweet from someone in the Organized Threat camp.

Vida Killz is in the holiday spirit. She is planning on sending out holiday cards but she only has 36 right "meow", so contact her as soon as possible. Hopefully she will get more. Click here to view her holiday card announcement.

Random Organized Threat Tweet: The bitstrip phenomena has sucked in many of my Instagram followers, and now it has captured EmptySev and DJ Starchild! DJ Starchild tweeted Empty Sev a bitstrip that features both of them on a magic carpet as DJ Starchild shows Empty Sev, his world. You can view that tweet by clicking here. Which member of Organized Threat will be able to save these two? Will it be Poetic Death? Vida Killz? Or will Devour have to come out of recovery to save his fellow Organized Threat mates? This and more in the adventures of the Organized Threat camp, in the next OGT Weekly!

(Friday's OGT Weekly obtains the latest music and news from the camp. You can view that here).

My threat is organized

Hello, everyone! It's Friday, so you know one of the Two Tiffs of CrayonBeats are here to update you on the Organized Threat camp. Blammo! It's Tiffology. Now, let's get into it...

SHOW YOUR LOYALTY: Following their Organized Threat t-shirts released earlier this year, they now have crewnecks available! Yeeeeep, all that anticipation and noise for more gear can be silenced with some fresh crewnecks for these winter months. Having teamed up once again with Insanity Ink Clothing, OgT bring you their "Silencer T" crewnecks. Peep the exclusive commercial for it below, then GET YOURS at Insanity Ink for only $30.

BONNIE BLUE: On November 9th, Bonnie mentioned that she recorded with Daftstar for a Bonnie Blue and Intelligent Tongues mashup over an Eyelim beat. Keep your eyes peeled for the full video soon via her Facebook page. Here's a behind the scenes shot.

GAVLYN: Tonight you can catch her performing in Oxnard, California, at the Fresh Mex Bar & Grill. It's an all ages show and the doors open at 8PM. Get in where you fit in! Check this flyer for more information or hit up this Facebook event. And, if you didn't follow Aster's advice about listening to Gavlyn's newly released song "Cheap Amusement," do that now!

VIDA KILLZ: Yesterday was Vida's birthday. You should all show some (belated) love to her on her page, or buy some music from her Bandcamp to show your true support. Something! Towards the end of the night, she made a post on Facebook where she spoke briefly about the ups and downs that she has endured while being 24 years old. But despite everything, she expresses how her experiences have helped her grow and she looks ahead with a positive attitude. This woman of strength left her fans with the following words of advice: "Stay pure, stay true, and live boldly. Let no one stop you from reaching your goals, and always spread love."

She also made note that she's picking up a camera on Monday and will start filming a music video for the song "Lady Death Pt. II" from Negative Space, along with a few other tracks. Subscribe to her Youtube channel for updates.

DJ STARCHILD + DEVOUR: Presented by King, DJ Starchild and Devour will be performing in South Central on Saturday, November 16th. It's an all ages show from 6-10PM, and the fee is only $10. See the flyer for the location.

While on the subject of Devour, he'll also be doing a special Meet & Greet + album signing (grab REDRUM if you haven't already) the following day (SUNDAY) at the Music Revolution Store in Whittier. He'll also have merch, too. More info at this Facebook event.

RAZOR: Released today, watch the music video for Razor's song "On My Own," from his Sharper Than My Name album (available with the name-your-price fee) released in May. With a soulful, snare-and-horn powered beat produced by SirRealest, Razor spits honest and personal lyrics about his perspective on the rap scene in his area, his work ethic, where his loyalty lies, and goals for the future. I really like this song. Sometimes all you really have is yourself. "My threat is organized, you know I control the throne // At the top, but I started from the bottom on my own." Video directed by Chad. A Marshall. Cameo by THA F.O.R.M.U.L.A.
Razor is preparing to release his forthcoming album titled F.A.I.T.H. (acronym for Fully Amplified Intellect Towards Haters) this coming January. A couple days ago, he leaked a new track from it called "Sickness." The song features Ganjre the Giant and was produced by Chapter 3 Beats. Stream it over on Soundcloud and grab that free download!

You can also find Razor on stage as a special guest with MER5E at the I'm On A Boat Music Festival in Long Beach tomorrow. It takes place from 11:30AM to Midnight, so you should check the massive lineup here, and see what's up.

PAPA J & JOOGY JUGG: Hey ladies! These two are giving away free shirts via Twitter or Instagram participation. All that they ask is that you post a picture or video with your favorite song/video, and tell them what line in the song has really helped you in life. You must tag both @PapaJRuiz AND @JoogyJugg. You have until the 25th, so get to it!

FEGGY MIN: Your favorite artistic and fashion-focused girl Feggy Min sat in front of the camera and recorded her first vlog. Thanking her fans worldwide, she shows love to everyone that continues to support her, while also giving a sneak peek into some new clothes. WATCH HERE. Although she apologizes for her English, "weird accent", and for her "bad-quality-webcam," it's great to see her in another format. Let's hope she makes this a regular thing. She has nothing to apologize for, either! Too cute. Plus, towards the end, you'll see a few bloopers.

One more thing... on the 13th, she posted a photo of her wearing some of her new "9889" collection with the following statement: "I am so excited! This is like a new beginning, a real beginning for me... right now I am (re-)creating the whole new collection (again) since the samples I did are already sold out before the release (at my event) and sent to Korea... SO MUCH TO DO but I am happy." We're excited for you, too, Feggy! Take a look!
------------------

That's all, folks! I hope you all have a great weekend. If you feel that you have missed something, don't hesitate to scroll through the rest of the blog to find informational updates from the other three writers.
-- Much love, Tiffology

LifeAfterDeath

HELLO OGT FANS AND FANATICS, FRIENDS AND FOES!

This week in the Organized Threat family, we were blessed with two new pieces of poetry; LifeAfterDeath written by Empty Sev and Cheap Amusement written by GAV.
LifeAfterDeath paints a dark picture of Empty Sev, featuring notions of pain, addiction, confusion, pride and love. Empty Sev shares with his audience memories of his childhood, and by doing so portrays a message strong enough to represent the voices of many. Traumatic events are some of the most influential character definers. Whether it be beneficial or maleficent, traumatic events change peoples lives. Ask any artist and nine out of ten of them will admit to being influenced by a traumatic event before the age of 21. Andrew Carnegie, the philanthropist and part time philosopher [Yes, you're right, its the Carnegie Hall guy] grew up all of his young adult life eating from soup kitchens. But shit, now the man is legendary for public libraries and being the Prince of Steel [that's what she said...]. My point being, tragedy can be beautiful, because tragedy can be challenging. Empty Sev exemplifies and artist motivated by the beauty of experience. Enjoy and vibe out to the tunes Fellas and Fellettes.

Miss GAV also recently put out a new single she titled Cheap Amusement
This week, we visualize a very intriguing and fearless GAV. Her words are saturated with resentment, cloaked by a fervent message in its rawest form. Listen to the story of what once was and zone out to the metaphors.

#BREAKINGNEWS Yarah Bravo is rocking a show in Vienna this Saturday that is dedicated to Tupac. For any of you about to catch that show, make sure to follow the link below for more details on how to reserve your seat and support your local OGT artist!
AAAnd drumroll please...Vida Killz just announced the recent upload of her Negative Space album to Sound Cloud, so ya'll better mosey on through the world wide web, past Pornhub, past Reddit, Youtube, Twitter, and light years beyond anything that has to do with that guy getting nailed by that horse, over to Vida Killz Sound Cloud to relax and support.
Lastly, but surely not leastly, VONPOEVII'S Villain masks just went on sale yesterday!!! Cop your mask quickly before they all sell out, support the OGT family!

Tha-Tha-That's all Folks
Until next time
Nyphms and Nymphettes
Don't forget to get freaky

Bark Bark

FiascoTheGod is here to provide you the latest news that arose this past weekend. Before we start off, if you didn't check out Friday's OGT Weekly, composed by Tiffny, you can do so by clicking here.

Organized Threat's approach to closing out 2013 is looking stellar. Papa J.'s release date for his "5:55 AM" mixtape, is slowly or, depending on your current perception of time, rapidly making it's way. That isn't the only thing Organized Threat members and fans need to be aware of. Poetic Death made an announcement via Twitter that a music video for Jasson C is on its way, and videos from other members of OGT, as well. The tweet reads, "New visuals for @JassonC on the way, new visuals from the camp in general on the way. We about to end the year & fuck shit up for that 2014". Razor seems to be indirectly involved in Poetic Death's tweet. Razor tweeted, "Video shoot was a success today with @VonPoeVII. Will be dropping soon ;) #OnMyOwn".

Outside of the music: On Twitter, Gavlyn is promoting her T-shirts and crewnecks that are featured on Broken Complex's website. They both feature a well designed portrait of Gavlyn, with Broken Complex and Organized Threat logos on the back. From fashion to podcast we go! Bonnie Blue has landed a co-host position with CrappyAwesome.com. The podcast is focused on engaging in deep conversations with your favorite artists or maybe some that you may never heard of before. With her sense of humor on a high level, Bonnie Blue looks ready to go, "Crappyawesome.com <------let us come inside....your life".

The "Organized" in Organized Threat needs to be emphasized while reading the previous two paragraphs. Not only are they prepared to close out the year, but their arsenal for 2014 is currently in the works as we speak. 2014 will be a journey for Organized Threat, so initiate the journey music...

Faces releases a sound entitled "Journeys". This track will be on his "Decembers" EP. This may not elicit a feeling of going through a journey, but the preparation of one. This is not meant for people who are worried or rushed in getting ready for an epic journey, this is for the organized. The ones who are calmly mapping out their next move, knowing that they will be successful. The ideal sound, as Organized Threat gets ready for 2014.

Vida Killz is featured in today's random Organized Threat tweet. She no longer speaks the language of a human being. She has now taking the form of a dog. A dog that lets out ambigious barks. Is she sad? Mad? Happy? I think I may have the answer. Vida Killz tweeted, "bark bark baaaark baaaaark baaaark baark". I've been studying dog language for the past 36.5 hours and I can tell you that, a bark with 4 "a's" in it, means that she wants to go outside. She does this bark twice which means she needs use the bathroom. You're welcome for the translation.

That's what happened over the past few days involving the Organized Threat camp. Allow their strategy for the upcoming year, inspire you to come up with your own plan for success.

What's up everyone!

It's Friday again! How's your week been? I hope your week has been better than mine; I had some gnarly sushi and suffered some even nastier food poisoning. I'll leave your imagination to flesh out the details. Anyway, I'm feeling much better now, and right on time as I'm here to catch you guys up to speed with the goings-on of a few members in the OGT crew. So let's begin, shall we?

SARA FLEUR has been quite busy doing some amazing shoots with Maurice Sinclair Fotografie (click to view). The photos are stunning. Also, back in September, Sara kicked it in South Korea with emcees New Champ and San E , fellow OGT lady Feggy Min and a shit-ton of other dope emcees during the One Hip Hop Festival back in September.

Speaking of FEGGY MIN and the festival, the artist is responsible for some badass artwork for BTS emcee Rapmon, NBB's New Champ, as well as being featured on Block B member Zico, and singer Zion T among others. She made a big impression with artists at the event: check San-E rocking her gear in his new video Where Did You Sleep feat. Verbal Jint. What's even more awesome is she's doing a give away of this limited edition prize pack featuring her Block B art via Facebook, Twitter and tumblr. Is a world wide ting, but the contest ends in 3 days so get on that. If you'd rather purchase the pack, there will be a very limited quantity on her shop (only 5!) so you still need to haul ass.

Also in the world of Feggy Min her clothing line 9889 is coming along ever so dopely. Set to launch in 2014, the line is made for "the young, the passionate and the strong spirited" with bold and colorful graphics, original artwork, and with each piece blessed by the hands of Feggy Min herself, the line is definitely going to blow the roof off and take it to the next level. I can't wait, can you?

DEVOUR's new video Tic Tock just dropped a few hours ago and as a tribute to The Lords Of The Underground, it's got a great old school vibe, from the beat, to the rhymes even with the straight forward no-frills visual. Special guests include Poetic Death, Rics Rumble, and DJ Starchild. Definitely living up to hot for you to kick off your weekend with. Check the video below.

It seems that about wraps up my Friday Post as Aster and FiascoTheGod have covered everything during the week. If you missed those posts, you can read them here and here.Well you guys, that's it! Have a great weekend, and don't get into too much trouble...or at the very least, don't get caught!

A Satellite Perspective

Hello OGT Fans and Fanatics, Friends and Foes
Perception is everything, or at least that's what VONPOEVII seems to illustrate with his newly released single 'Intro/Lucifer's Descent'. Off of the up and coming album EVII, Lucifer's Descent compels its listeners to stretch the limits of perception, up and above the realm of realistic particulars. Consider for example, "My metamorphosis is comparable to a caterpillar with paralysis" 1:16 [easily one of my favorite lines of the entire song]. VONPOEVII is known for continuously reaching new depths within his poetry, this not being an exception. I approached the interpretation of this particular line cautiously, because I smell the sweet nectar of a riddle. This particular line, along with every other line written by VONPOEVII, exemplifies a satellite perspective; it is written with an understanding that is not bound to any realistic particulars, but instead an understanding that is absolute and unchanging. I encourage you to give it a listen and see what kind of interpretation you all come up with. If you haven't done so already, great ready drop your panties for me because I have provided it below. Sit back, relax, and put your thinking caps on nymphs and nymphettes! Time to use those dusty brains.

What a busy week this has been for the Organized Threat Family! JOOGY JUG and PAPAJ RUIZ announced literally in the last few hours that they will be having a fan appreciation give away. Not many details have surfaced yet, however I do know that they will be giving away six T-shirts to three lucky nymphs and three lucky nymphettes. CLICK HERE to view the photo announcing the prizes, and be sure to follow JOOGY JUG for more info on the give away! Free shit rocks, especially when it's being given away by Organized Threat artists! Salute and Support.

This is the season of giving, so I'm pleased to relay that FEGGY MIN ART also just announced a package giveaway! Follow the tweet below for more details, and make sure to stayed tuned for news of future giveaway details from the Organized Threat Fambam.
Also, ya ever wonder what VIDAKILLZ is like in real life? Well to snag a little taste I recommend reading her newly released fan/artist interview! These types of interviews are exciting because the fans have control of the conversation. Have a question yourself? You ask and VIDAKILLZ answers.

Lastly, but surely not least, this week we were blessed with new visuals for 'Like Me' written by RICS RUMBLE featuring JASSON C. Produced by RUMAN and directed by the GOD himself VONPOEVII, the video is surely to excite the mind and please the eyes. Kill the lights, pull out the goods, and vibe out to the poetry.

UNTIL NEXT TIME YOUR FREAKS

Everyday Is History

It's FiascoTheGod and I am here to provide you with another contribution to the OGTWeekly. Everyday is history.

Over the past few days, there was more news than music, coming from the Organized Threat camp. Building anticipation can be important when releasing new music. Announcements were delivered by the likes of Razor, Papa J., Poetic Death, Vida Killz, Rics Rumble, and Rellim. Before that, lets take it back to the basics..

THA F.O.R.M.U.L.A. released a new sound entitled "Back To The Basics". He tagged "thought provoking" on his Soundcloud player, and indeed it is. With your idea of the word, basics, this sound will wrap you in a straitjacket and throw you in a time machine to bring you "Back To Basics". Whether that may be up in your elementary classroom, learning that 2+2 equals 4 and that you put "an" before a word that starts with a vowel, or from the first time you started to understand the standard skills required to play a certain sport, THA F.O.R.M.U.L.A. achieved his goal to bring it "Back To The Basics". Maybe for him, it's when he started learning how to make instrumentals. This beat is for sale and you can contact the producer at fequalsmc@gmail.com.

It looks like producer Ruman was the popular guy this past weekend. Both Papa J. and Razor tweeted sanguine remarks as they made it known that each of them went in on separate beats produced by Ruman. Papa J. tweeted, "@RUMANSAYS iii killed one of yo Beats on 5:55AM". Razor joyfully wrote, "Writing this new heat from my nigga @RUMANSAYS .....hahaha they not ready ;) #OGT".When the Razor joint will release is unknown, but it is known that Papa J.'s track will be on his upcoming mixtape "5: 55 AM".

If you are expecting new music from Vida Killz this year, you better absorb every lyric, sound, metaphor, and emotion in her latest project with JG, "XXIV". (You can read more about "XXIV", on the previous OGTWeekly). The Organized Threat poet will not be releasing any music this year but look for something in the summer of 2014. You can read her entire Facebook post which states what she will be working on for the remainder of this year, by clicking here. In the meantime, it looks like Vida Killz has found a way to interact with her listeners by putting together a 23 question interview. These questions will be formulated by her listeners and you can ask your question now by logging into Facebook and leaving a comment on her FB status by clicking here. If you have her on IG, you can ask a question there and I am sure she won't mind if you contact her via Twitter.

Rumor has it, that music listeners can suffer from lack of music video intake. Doctors call it, MusicVideonesia. Symptoms are, blurred vision and an itchy back. Thankfully, Poetic Death, Rics Rumble, and Devour, can provide a cure. Poetic Death made it known that he is exhausted after three days of shooting three music videos. He writes, "Three videos in three days, fuck I'm tired.". If you didn't know, Poetic Death is also a director who shoots a lot of videos for the members of the Organized Threat camp. One of the many questions that arises, is if one of them, is a music video for Devour. I recently had a private Twitter chat with producer Rellim who told me that Devour is shooting a music video for his track "Ain't A Fool", which is produced by Rellim. Rellim also replied to Poetic Death's tweet by asking, "your grindin bro! You shoot devours vid to?". Whether or not Devour's music video is a part of Poetic Death's three music videos in three days mission, still expect a music video from Devour. Finally, Rics Rumble is on his grind as well. He announced on Twitter that a music video for "Like Me", which looks like it is connected to Poetic Death's tweet, has been completed. Rics Rumble tweets, "Just wrapped a the video for this one >>" and then provides a link to "Like Me" which also features Jasson C. Rics Rumble subsequently retweeted this tweet by Poetic Death, "Dope night with my niggas @RicsRumble @JassonC and @FijiFox, still forgot the group photo AGAIN haha. New video dropping soon."

And to wrap it up we have a random Organized Threat tweet provided by Gavlyn. She tweets, "Someone sent me an email saying "Dear Respected" that immediately pist me off for some reason". So in case you were planning on sending an email to your favorite MC, Gavlyn, don't insert "Dear Respected" in the beginning, middle, or at the end of that email. Gavlyn, you may have gotten "pist off" but at least you didn't get pissed on. *Cymbol Hit*.

There you have it. In case you were grinding out there like the artists mentioned above, and weren't able to keep up with Organized Threat this weekend, consider me, FiascoTheGod, your savior.

Hello, November!

Cue Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's "1st of tha Month." How are you all doing? Tiffology here, and I'm feeling great. I hope you had a fun and safe Halloween last night!

CRAYONBEATS: Before I dive into what's new with the camp, let me tell you about something cool. As I wrote about in my first post, I own the site CrayonBeats along with Tiffny (who alternates Fridays at OGTweekly with me). Anyway, on October 29th, we released our fourth magazine issue! It's dedicated to creative women in music, art, fashion, and life... you should check that out. So, yes, it features nothing but talented WOMEN... and let me make note that I featured GAVLYN and BONNIE BLUE in a 3-page article that I wrote called "Do The Ladies Run This Motha...?" I wrote about ladies in music that I feel people/our readers should be up on. You can get more information about who/what's featured in the issue over here, and pick it up in digital or print format.

BONNIE BLUE: Speaking of Bonnie Blue, she posted a new track on her Soundcloud yesterday, titled "They Say." Production and scratches by Spok Beats. Bonnie, MC Mega and Nat The Lioness each have a verse where they spit about their journey in music. On her Facebook, she spoke about how the track came together: "True story... Met an awesome couple last weekend who happen to both be super ill emcees/illustrators/innovators/all around badasses and good people. Invited them to hang out and we made a track together! Yesterday!" LISTEN + DOWNLOAD "They Say."

PAPA J: From his NO R3COLL3CTION album released in June, watch Papa J's new music video for the single "RiiiGHT MiiiND" produced by Joogy Jugg. Although it's not the whole song, it's still a fun little video with some humor in there, too--Poetic Death and Papa J try to get free gear, but get shut down. The video was filmed in the hip hop fashion shop RECON in Zurich, Switzerland, and features cameos from their friends Nizzy Royce, Recon / HunterKlan CEO Simon Graf, and Yanis Berdioui. WATCH HERE.

VIDA KILLZ & JG: It's always cool when members of Organized Threat combine their talents to form a new sound and group. For example, the Bushwall Junkies. Then, California's spoken word poet Vida Killz and New York rapper/producer JG joined forces to become Chateau Des Dieux. While they have worked together and have been harnessing their sound for several years, they released their official debut project yesterday. XXIV [24] finds Vida and JG spitting poetic lyrics over JG-produced beats. The production is crafted with soulful melodies, fragmented vocal samples, head-nodding drum loops, ethereal and distorted electronic vibes. Very relaxing music to listen to and take in. In terms of subject matter, it's soaked in strong imagery, they share honest and personal stories, and slip in thought-provoking lyrics. The 11-track album was well put together and you can hear the emotion and passion behind every song. I'm realy loving this project. STREAM + DOWNLOAD FOR FREE.

I think that's about it as far as new updates since Wednesday. Make sure you check all of those out. Hope you all have a great weekend! Until next time...
