Twenty Se7enth

Hey, everyone! Tiffology here. I apologize for the late post, but I've been dealing with a whole lot of crazy, not good stuff these last few days, and barely had any time today. I hope you all are having a happy holiday season, with little to no complaints. Keep spreading love, joy, and positivity always! On to the OgT news:

POETIC DEATH: The OgT general himself was interviewed on the Crappy Awesome podcast, where he talked with hosts Arash, C-Rey, and Bonnie Blue about everything that's been happening within the last 12 months. He talked about his tours in Europe, his thoughts on the various problematic issues and dissing that arose within the scene, his work ethic, his plans for Organized Threat's future, and some other stuff. It's an hour and twenty-five minutes long, but very insightful and worth the listen. So, go ahead and click play on the small player below. If you don't have that kind of time right now, you can either return to this post at another time, or use the handy "Watch Later" feature on Youtube here.

Poe is also doing a music video shoot for his song "Perris Boulevard," from his ONLY GODZ RELATE album. This is an open call to anyone from Perris who wants to be in the video. All you have to do is send him an email, and he'll let you know what's up. It will be his first video of the new year, so maybe you should get down with that if you're in the area! Check out the post here.

PAPA J: As FiascoTheGod briefly mentioned in his post on Monday, Papa J released his highly anticipated 5:55AM mixtape on December 23rd at 5:55AM. Blaow! Hosted by DJ StarChild, there are a total of 20 tracks. Taken from the DatPiff site, this mixtape is aimed to inspire a new generation of young people and give them a soundtrack to life. Expect hard-hitting, bass-thumping, snare-snapping, sample-based, and just that super dope percussion-heavy production that we all enjoy. Papa J spits in-your-face, honest, metaphor-dipped rhymes that cover topics of life, hard work, triumph, tribulations, perseverance, social issues, family, and passion. Turn the volume up, nod your head (break ya neck, even!), keep the tracks on repeat until you learn the lyrics, and just vibe outtttt. It's available for FREE DOWNLOAD, so go grab that now. You won't regret it!

Have you seen the official, 8-minute music video for the mixtape? Brought to you by Papa J and Von Poe, it's a split video for "The Se7enth" and "The Youngin," so go watch that right now!

Here's something a little extra for you, too! The first 10 PEOPLE to purchase the "No R3coll3ction" t-shirt ($23), Papa J will also give those 10 people free No R3coll3ction CDs and personally burn the 5:55AM for you and sign it. Get in on that awesome deal over at his BANDCAMP.

While on the topic of that, Papa J and Poetic Death will be embarking on their first official headlining tour together in March of 2014. They will be heading to Europe! You can see the post and the poster for it here. Get ready!

GAVLYN: Gavlyn has been posting a bunch of photos from the Christmas Eve shoot that she did with Insanity Ink. Go ahead and look at a few here--one, two, three, four, and five. If you haven't yet, be sure to fan her Facebook page while you're at it!

RICS RUMBLE: Rics dropped a brand new freestyle track, called "H.E.C.S Freestyle". He spits over Busta Rhyme's "Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See." Go listen to it over at Soundcloud.

RAZOR: Razor posted an update on Instagram tonight about his forthcoming album, F.A.I.T.H. He said, "Only got 2 more tracks remaining until my album "F.A.I.T.H." is fully complete. There are a lot of joints that have been written & recorded, but didn't make it on this project........that's not a bad thing though, because it gives my 3rd project an early start ;)" Be on the look out for that, and follow Razor.

FEGGY MIN: Last, but not least, Feggy has been posting several finished drawings and a "work in progress" piece. She posted an "Ol Dirty Bastard" piece (see here). Her "Korean Hip Hop" piece was recently featured on HIPHOPPLAYA. MIN of the Seoul pop group Miss A was seen wearing a Feggy's "Tupac" design shirt (Take a look)! Feggy also drew the girls of Miss A (see here), citing "Hush" as being one of her favorite songs this year.

Ruby Gloom and Royal Vision collaborated on five color contacts (see the poster), which is available for purchase now. What does this have to do with Feggy, you ask? She designed the package artwork! Get 'em, girl!

-----------------------------------------

That's all for now.
I hope you all have a splendid weekend!
Avoid whatever sickness is going around--get that Vitamin C, wash your hands, and stay warm!
XOXO, Tiffology
